How Much Does House Cleaning Cost in Pinellas County?

House cleaning in Pinellas County has no single price that fits every home. At Fresh Florida Cleaning, your quote depends on your home, the cleaning service you choose, your visit schedule, and any extras you request.

The most useful number is the total for your specific home and an agreed list of work. Here’s what to consider when setting a budget and comparing cleaning quotes.

What affects your cleaning quote?

Home size and rooms

Share your approximate square footage, bedroom and bathroom counts, and any additional spaces you want cleaned. An office, playroom, or extra living area should be discussed rather than assumed to be covered by the bedroom count.

Current condition

Tell us when your home was last professionally cleaned and where you notice buildup. A home needing detailed attention may call for a different service than one that needs routine upkeep. Be specific about kitchen grease, bathroom buildup, clutter, and any areas that are difficult to access.

Cleaning type

Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning have different checklists. Choosing the service that matches your home helps make the quote meaningful. A service name alone won’t tell you every task that’s included.

Visit frequency

One-time and recurring describe how often we visit. They don’t change the cleaning checklist automatically. Fresh Florida Cleaning offers recurring schedules including weekly, every two weeks, and every four weeks. Ask for the first-visit total and the ongoing total for your chosen service and schedule.

Pets and requested extras

Tell us how many dogs and cats live inside and which additional tasks you want. Pet-related work and selected add-ons are part of the quote. For appliance interiors, details such as the number of appliances and whether they’ll be full or empty help us identify the right options.

Timing

Give us your preferred cleaning date and any move deadline. For a short-notice request, confirm availability and any applicable fee before booking. An urgent request doesn’t guarantee an appointment.

Standard, deep, or move-out: what are you paying for?

Standard Cleaning covers routine home-cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces, bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and the light dusting listed on the checklist.

Deep Cleaning adds more detailed work. Examples include cobweb removal, light switches, reachable ceiling fans and vents, kitchen and bathroom cabinet exteriors, and hand-detailing baseboards. Appliance interiors remain separate extras.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning follows its own checklist for a home during a move. Tell us whether the home will be empty or what furniture and belongings will remain. Ask specifically about appliance and kitchen cabinet interiors if those are part of your moving priorities.

Review our service checklists before comparing prices so you can see which tasks matter to you.

Which tasks should you ask about separately?

At Fresh Florida Cleaning, these are examples of separately quoted extras:

  • Inside the refrigerator, freezer, or oven
  • Inside kitchen cabinets
  • Detailed blind cleaning and inside window cleaning
  • Wall wiping, dishes, or laundry
  • Hand-detailing baseboards when booking Standard Cleaning

A refrigerator-interior extra doesn’t include the freezer. Baseboard detailing is already included in Deep and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, so it shouldn’t be added again as an extra for those services.

Also distinguish light dusting from detailed cleaning. A quick dusting of blinds is different from wiping individual slats. Confirm the exact work, quantities, and safe access before booking.

How to compare two cleaning quotes

Give each company the same home details and list of priorities. Then ask:

  1. Which rooms and tasks does this total include?
  2. Which requested extras are included, and which are excluded?
  3. Is this a flat-rate service or a time-limited visit? If it’s time-limited, what happens when the booked time ends?
  4. Is the first visit priced differently from later visits?
  5. Are any short-notice or other applicable charges included in the total?
  6. What are the cancellation, rescheduling, and missed-item policies?
  7. What happens if the home needs work beyond the agreed scope?

Get those answers before choosing on price alone. A lower total may cover fewer tasks, different extras, or a different type of visit.

Planning a recurring-cleaning budget

Compare the ongoing price with how often you want service. Weekly, every-two-week, and every-four-week schedules create different spending patterns. Every four weeks is not the same as once per calendar month.

Separate your initial cleaning, normal recurring visits, and occasional extras when planning ahead. If a promotion applies, confirm which visit receives it, what it covers, and what subsequent visits will cost.

If you need to reduce the quote, tell us which optional extras matter most. We can review those selections with you and confirm the revised scope and total.
